Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Addition to the Enchantment system - Enchant Scroll

The enchant scroll could copy the enchantments of either a book or an armor piece/tool and apply it to another book or armor piece/tool using exp with a smithing table or anvil. These enchant scrolls could be found in structures like the woodland mansion, stronghold, and end city. There could also be different types for the different enchantments that there are, like armor enchants, or tools enchants making it have a level of difficulty to copy the enchantments.

Edit: Ive recently realized that this could very easily be snuggled in with the villager trade changes. Because this would provide a way to copy/take the enchants from loot pieces and books from structures encouraging more exploration which is what I think Mojang is trying to do with the villager changes.

    Although it would have to be hard to get.
    Maybe, instead of taking off enchants based on what the enchant DOES, it can take off enchants based on the level of the enchant!

    When you put take the enchantment off the item, it would go on the scroll and you can have multiple enchants on the same scroll. You can use the scroll to put ALL compatible enchants on an item in the anvil. This would probably come with a mini anvil update.
