Editable world icons

On a worlds settings there is a paint button and when pressed you can edit the world icon/appearance and it has feature like 1.option for connecting textures in a menu item when held it has a plus button when pressed you can select connecting textures 2.when plus button pressed in menu you can also make a block’s texture look like a different block (for example you can make blue concrete have a mix with gold)
