Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Purple Fire for End Update

I've seen added blue fire and soul power in Minecraft for the Nether Update, the best update ever, IRL blue fire exist and comes from copper. My Idea consist in fire based on potassium that could be from bedrock(so the fire on top of obsidian pillars could have a more magical aspect) and Endstone and Enderium. Potassium is very white and it becomes more silvery with exposure so is perfect for a mycelium block of Endstone and Endstone too but Enderium ore could have shards of purple/violet material that with Iron unify in Enderium. Potassium in IRL is really light so it could have some slow falling effect, and less durability but more protection. That alone would give new decoration and functionality, effects on armor and utility to durability and a ore in the end. (Potassium is a hydrogenic explosive and a mineral it could also compete with gunpowder and redstone, honey block rivolutionazed redstone so it would a second explosive redstone)

    Adding purple fire based on potassium sounds awesome. Maybe at some point we'll have the full rainbow based on science.

    That would allow us to create epic bases, even in survival. Both in the beginning while we're forced to use the materials around us and at the end when we found access to most types of biomes.
