Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Copper Armor

Add the ability to craft copper armor. It could have similar defense to chainmail, but be less durable (because copper is so common), maybe even flimsier than leather. Also, because it's an ancient type of armor historically, undead mobs should spawn wearing it (like they already do for chain), and it could be found in ruins like pyramids (because ancient Egyptians probably used copper armor). There could be an oxidized variant worn by mobs and found in ruins. As a fun bonus, it could make you more likely to be struck by lightning during thunderstorms. There needs to be more things to do with copper, as it's really abundant, and this could be one thing.
