Many people complain about the changes to the villagers, but the truth is that villagers have disrupted the game's balance for a long time. Having 7 villagers with basic charms would render you virtually immortal, eliminating the need to worry about resource expenditure. This caused Minecraft to become monotonous. With the introduction of new mechanics, players are encouraged to explore more and create various constructions, such as mini villages scattered throughout the world.
One suggestion I have is to limit the changes to villagers to modes other than easy difficulty. This way, players who prefer a less challenging experience can still enjoy the game on easy mode without the added complexity. If this poses conflicts due to the possibility of changing difficulty within an existing game, a potential solution could be to tie the difficulty setting to the world's initial creation settings
I sincerely believe that those who complain are often the same individuals who later label Minecraft as excessively easy and abandon it within two weeks. Changes like these are exactly what the game needs in order to transform from a short-lived experience into one that spans weeks or even months, offering a genuine challenge to survival.
