Snapshot 23w14a about the increased diamond rate

There are now WAY to many diamonds in the deepslate level. You can go into spectator mode (in creative) and look around deepslate level and find diamonds pretty much everyway. I feel like this should be changed because it is way to easy to get diamonds

    i don't know if my worlds are cursed but, i found diamods rarely when stripminning on the bottom of the world

    Maybe instead of doing this, just removed the need for diamonds to copy armor trims?
