Okay, I haven't seen very many talk about this before and I can't believe it hasn't been resolved already.
My dad bought Minecraft for Nintendo Switch for me in February of 2019, and at first it ran fine, but a few days later it had a really weird crash and since then the game has been running horribly. I've witnessed lag countless times. That's included in loading certain things like a mashup pack or in an online environment. I've been playing a lot lately in a friend's realm, and when there's atleast more than two player in the realm, the game periodically freezes/lags for a brief second. Then with the mashup packs, there's extended loading and lagging periods. And in certain points in gameplay, there's delays, like mining a block and it doesn't disappear until a few seconds later, and same with mobs.
I'm asking if the game can be optimized better and improved? And I know that it can be. Nintendo has released varieties of games that uses the Nintendo Switch's hardware to it's limits, and most of their games run exceptionally well. For good examples, Super Mario Odyssey, Zelda BOTW/TOTK, or Persona 5 Royal. These games I have played and they run amazingly well on Switch. I don't get how a game with tiny 16x16 textures and stuff can run so poorly.
I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I, and probably lots of other people out there just want the Nintendo Switch version of Minecraft to have better loadtimes and optimization. Thank you.
