Fletching templates

I know many people have ideas for fletching tables, but I don't think anyone has posted this idea yet. Upgrade templates have made smiting tables a much more engaging feature, and it think it could work for fletching tables too. Fletching templates could be a new, valuable loot item in structures that could add more nuance and customizability to bows and crossbows, especially bows. Fletching templates could be used to make upgrades to arrows, such as a faster flying speed, invisibility, being used as an enderpearl, phasing through blocks, and much more. Perhaps one fletching template would be used to craft tipped arrows more effectively or with stronger effects. These arrows would be powerful, yes, but also expensive as they require a fletching template and infinity doesn't apply to them. It would work similarly to the netherite upgrade template. You'd place the template in the fletching table, along with an arrow and another item(like an Ender pearl, for example) to craft an upgraded arrow. Since you probably want to craft several arrows, perhaps the smiting template would only have a 1/8 or 1/16 chance of being consumed.

  Sounds like a cool idea, but I think it would be overpowered and abused. Somebody will eventually figure out how to farm these templates, giving them a huge unfair advantage. Also minigame servers and minigames in general will probably abuse this and make the games less fun because you can just get a fletching template in a skywars chest, for example, without it being so rare or hard to get. And with the benefits you mentioned, this would be a huge unfair advantage. There needs to be something to balance it out. But hey, this use for the fletching table is better than nothing, right?
