Addon resource and behavior pack usability

When add-on were first introduced they promised to make the game customizable. Well it is to a degree,but simply put it under delivered. This is why the ability to use resource and behavior packs from purchased packs should be required as how are you supposed to "add-on" and build YOUR world to your liking without the ability to use what you paid for. Thats what we were promised in the beginning and what we got was a money pit cop-out.

    Dont get me wrong i love minecraft and have played over a decade and i just want to finally be able to customize my world. Plus learning how to make add ons is hard and there are not alot of great resources that are easy to find this is something that would be amazing in a way that helps both the community and the developers as more packs would be bought solely for the reason to add it to a personal world and make a modded survival or to make maps
