I have a suggestion to improve the dynamics of the game, for the most part, when your health is very low.
For example, if you're in trouble, be it a fight against a player, facing hostile mobs or bosses, and you're low on health, the edges of the screen will gradually turn red, I would recommend putting a effect of player heartbeat sound, they will become louder the lower your health is.
This would cause an intensity effect towards the player, alerting him that he is about to die, it is a good way to know the state of your health without paying attention to the hearts.
As your health regenerates, the screen will gradually return to its normal state.
Some may be annoyed by this, but it may be possible to disable it in the accessibility options or make some changes to the intensity of the effect, the sounds, etc.
