Sand and Desert

This is not a full on biome, this is just an addition to an existing biome. In the most recent Biome Vote, there was an option to redo the deserts. In this there could be Quicksand, with all the same properties of Powdered Snow but it is sand and it does heat and suffocation damage. There could also be Shifting Sands, which have a 25% chance of happening every day. They make fog and slow the players.

I'd also like to see the layered sand that covers the blocks during a sandstorm.
