    It's kind of not needed, since we already got the {Unbreakable:1b} NBT-Tag to make items/tools/weapons unbreakable.

    If you aren't an Operator on a Server you COULD need it, but that would also mean that you can't go into survival mode, so it won't make sense.

    possibly it could be in survival too, but EXTREMELY rare

    I shouldn't have enchantment glint, because it might ruin the intended experience for maps/servers
