Nether roof in bedrock

I would like to be able to build on the nether roof on bedrock. It would be so useful for farms and builds

    If the actual building limit is higher than the height of the Nether, then simply increase the height of the Nether to the actual limit.

    I wasn't an intended feature but the won't get rid of it on java so it should be a very easy thing to do so both versions can take advantage of what is now a feature. I understand it started as a glitch but seeing as it's never been fixed because people were using it, it is now a feature.
