Make a portal or mechanic connecting two normal worlds.

Something similar was implemented in the April 1, 2020 snapshot.
When you go through the portal, you get into the same normal world, but with a random seed or selected worlds. 
Instead of a portal you can implement with an ancient mob which will open a portal or a rift through which you can pass.
You can also implement through an item at the Warden in the chests.
Why is it necessary just always wanted to see such a thing in minecraft.
