Redo the Minecraft Java renderer

The official renderer that MC runs on is really unooptimised as we can see from the mods available to the public such as optifine or sodium. Im not suggesting to implement these mods into the game or rework the whole renderer but at least please optimise it for lower-end hardware so i and other players that run on integrated graphics don't have to go through modding the game or playing with all the settings at low.

    The rendering engine isn't the only unoptimized part of Minecraft.
