Keep inventory no longer counts as cheating

It makes some people rage quit

    Game Rules can be turned on and off before the world is created.

    It’s because it’s under cheats and if I turn cheats on people are going to tell me that I must have went in creative and I have no way of proving it.

    this is good especially for bedrock because the game turns off achievements when keep inventory is enabled.
