More rewarding end

Add a loot table for the ender dragon to make it more rewarding to fight her. Also have end pillars have a chance of having a coal/iron/gold/diamond/netherite block as it's core with the chance progressively getting lower for the latter blocks. This way diamond and netherite become renewable without being too OP.

    After you kill the dragon you get access to the end islands. Their temples/ships already have very good enchanted loot inside of them, including the game-changing elytra
