Spectator mob morphing

In spectator mode you can click on a mob to see from there pov (The warden is not blind people) Now I think thats a really cool feture, but I think you should be able to control the mob as well. I mean whats the point in being able to see through a mobs eyes but not control them? Kinda feels like a missed opurtunity.
