Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

New Item Idea: Lit Text Signs or (Neon Signs)

I think it would be very nice to have signs where the text glows, maybe even producing a small amount of light, would be neat if it could be dyed as well. Not sure what the crafting recipe would look like exactly. Although for example.. it could have glow ink sacs / sea lanterns in the recipe and maybe even redstone to encourage ocean exploration and mining as well.

    This already exists. If you use a glow ink sac on a sign, it glows.
