How would you make a paint bucket? What would a painted block look like? Why would someone want this? Would it possibly have a redstone application?

I am slightly confused. You refer to the mob as an Arch-Lich in the title, a Lich boss in the main text, and a Lich mini boss in the PS. Which do you want it to be?

This would add several hundred new items to the game. This would be very inconvenient to code and run.
