3. Woollen boots (caves and cliffs update).

Maybe something to make this harder to obtain? Or possibly just very low durability   Multiple people have this idea, but its all a bit different I support it though

There was a smaller idea on the same topic,but with an idea to make 2 types of emerald.There would be regular emeralds that you could trade with villagers,but the second type would be pure emeralds...
