If they go to the Overworld, they become normal zombies. If they go to the Nether, they become husks (since the Nether is hot and husks live in deserts).

I think it should be as good as Netherite but gives speed and slow-falling so people who operate in the Nether choose Netherite but people who operate in the End choose End Steel.

A crafting recipe could be a fire charge and a firework star and perhaps a ghast tear and it should behave like a Ghast fireball.
