I love the design but take away the vines because it kinds takes away the end feel. Or just make them purple.

Plus it's not like they have the damage and blast radius of TNT. That's why it's reduced.

Trust me, I would've gone with 9 instead but seeing that the original TNT Block does have 16 sticks in it, it makes sense.

The Looting should effect it dropping more but no more above 16 because that's the maximum a Guardian/Elder Guardian has.

They should drop more then one spike otherwise players will be going from temple to temple just to get a few.

I feel like the Dragon's Breath part would take away the use of respawning the Ender Dragon though. Maybe it could be separate from Dragon's Breath.
