toggle for creative inventory rework

add a toggle that lets you switch between the reworked creative inventory and the old one, maybe in options or the creative inventory itself

    Maybe even a way with datapacks or resource packs to customize the creative inventory layout to your liking? I say datapacks as they're typically more in the realm of game modifying features, though resource packs would be more convenient for allowing different players to have different organizations

    A bigger idea would be to add a way to customize the creative inventory, but that'll probably be a much bigger task for this update.
