Customizable Doors & Trap Doors

I have been playing this game for over 10 years now and every time I make a structure I always have issues finding a door that matches. I don’t think we need a million crafting recipes though. So what I was thinking is make a system just like the banners where you can get a pattern to put into the crafting table to be able to change the way the door looks. For example I need a spruce door to match the build I have but the pattern doesn’t match so I could change to pattern more like the current acacia or dark oak pattern.
