Salt Blocks and Salt Lamps

Salt Blocks would be pinkish in color like Himalayan salt and would be found in large clumps/veins underground in specifically deserts. it could possibly generate more commonly in mineshafts as a reference to the Khewra Salt Mine which is located in Punjab, Pakistan. that would line up with Minecraft's goal to be more representative of other cultures. Salt blocks could be turned into salt to make new food items. Salt blocks could also be crafted into salt lamps that would emit light when powered by redstone, much like redstone lamps. The salt lamps would look similar to the regular salt blocks but would be orangish in hue when powered. I think that this addition would fit into Minecraft well and would live up to Minecraft's standards.
