Enchantist

A villager that you can trade your tools and armor with and get a random enchant on that tool, but you can only do this 3 times a Minecraft day.

    Maybe, but villagers are canonically pacifists, so they wouldn’t be able to give you any offensive enchantments

    One enchantment a day would be reasonable and I think it would be fine if it gave you any enchantment.
