Currently, there are tags that allow datapack creators to change certain entity behaviors like which mobs frogs can eat, what items can entice axolotls, what items piglins see as food, fox food, etc. It would be helpful for datapack creators to influence what items can be used to breed mobs.
Benefits:
- Allows for custom world building and changes to farm-able mob behavior
- Consistent with existing tag logic
Drawbacks:
- Would add at least 19 item tags, one for each mob that can be currently bred.
