Merging hanging signs

Hanging signs should merge when placed next to eachother when crouching. The text wouldn't merge but there would be no seperation between them and they would all have two chains in total. Why? Because it looks good!

  How about the chains depend on how you place it for example placing it on the block itself that is beside it will not connect it put placing a sing on the side of another sign merges them. I think the text size should be customizable on each sign through a option in the typing screen where you enter the text and connect to other signs writing so that we could have single letters and symbols take up multiple sign so we can make bigger signs without having to rely on small text. Also have the ability to have a sign below it merge if placed on the bottom side of the sign and not merged if placed into that block area by placing it on a block beside it. Basically how it connects depends on how you place it next to others like stairs. If there could be a auto fit size so it would be easy to size words so they take up the whole screen and the more you add the smaller it gets and this works on multiple merged signs together. Have only the originally typed on sign keep its text when ones merged to it are destroyed then the text will autofits it smaller to the less signs. If you want to add a bunch of small words on one big sign then just type on the sign you are adding to the first sign and it can merge together you can choose if the signs merge text or if you will type on it normally. If merging words on multiple signs is to hard and buggy then just let us at least have the changed size font and have it merge like stairs do without the word sizing onto multiple signs parts.
