The Monster of the Depths in deep caves

Add the monster of the depths or other water based monsters to waterlogged caves below y-0, waterlogged caves are the safest caves in the game so this will make deep caves dangerous to traverse and potentially even a little but scary.

The lost mobs of 2017 were already re-implemented in different ways, so it's unlikely they'll be added as the original mob concepts due to existing features.
