Dried bamboo

The new bamboo wood set that was shown in the minecraft live 2022 is yellow, not green like the bamboo in the game, so I think that the bamboo to the wood set should be dried bamboo, you make it by planting a normal bamboo around a campfire(like seeds around water source) and the heat from the campfire dries the bamboo and create dried bamboo, then we harvest it and create the new bamboo blocks.

Considering that in the real world the bamboo that used for building is dried bamboo I think it will be cool to make minecraft more realistic with this small process.
