Irl vr mix minecraft themed haunted house escape room for October month

Ok, imagine this, you walk into a haunted house, put on a VR headset and fight a bunch of mobs and then take it off, walk into a room do a puzzle then put it back on to watch a cutscene. It would be so cool! The idea is it would be an escape room where you switch from VR to irl throughout the room, there would be spooks and scares, puzzles, story cutscenes, branching paths, VR arena fights, trivia, and choices with tricky consequences. I imagine you could choose a skin and a colored hat, with I 3-9 player limit. The manor would look cool and corrupted. I imagine there would be an allay that you can only see in VR that leads you through the house. There could be story. There could be puzzle where you sort minecraft blocks by alphabetical order. If you need a hint you can put on the VR headset and ask the allay for a hint. It would be so cool! To have a thing like this, if you do do it, can you do it in Maryland, oh an make it cheap.
