Bigger Rafts (To give them a unique purpose in Minecraft)

You should be able to create bigger rafts which can hold up to 4 Mobs/Players, but they are slower than boats. This gives them a unique purpose besides "Roleplaying," we don't want a re-textured boat.

    I think that we need some kind of "constructor" for ships, where we could expand / lengthen a standard boat, tack banners as a sail, add oars.
