Swimming improvement

Swimming in general is unrealistic. There should be an energy bar letting you only swim for about a minute so that boats and/or rafts are necessary to travel great distances on the oceans. Right now it is possible to swim across a hole ocean with no struggle. Makes the game fell a bit too easy, so this is the reason it would only be in hard or normal modes
