Birds for biomes

There should be unique birds for each biome for example the mountain eagle for the mountains and fish for the wood stork and flamingo. For the cold regions there should be penguins, artic tern, and snowy owl. For the lower mountain ranges there should be bald eagles. And to top it off all the cardinals, blue jays, ravens, oriels, and all the forest birds should spawn in the forest. They should spawn based off of real-life rarity, thank you Mojang and all of those players and people who read all of it.
