We all know about the Glare, one of the most overlooked mobs in all of Minecraft. Everyone hated it last year due to how useless it was and I honestly felt bad. The Glare is so adorable and I really want it to come to the game, but in a very different way. Normally, the Glare would fly around caves and notify you when mobs are able to spawn. This is obviously very useless since the F3 button exists and Bedrock players don't really need that as much as a flying hopper or a redstone randomizer. The Glare has so much potential as it could be the only mob that spawns exclusively in caves. One way to make the Glare useful is to maybe have it as a moving light source so you don't have to use many torches. This might not be the greatest idea, as torches are not so expensive and the Glare has nothing to do with light. Another way the Glare could be implemented is a mob that seeks out useful ores. Considering how large and dark caves are, finding ores is extremely difficult. The only problem is that this is very overpowered, so there could be a cooldown after finding a certain amount of veins. It would also be cool if you could somehow choose the target ore. This last idea is the best in my opinion. The Glare could become one of the greatest mobs if it could scare off hostile mobs in caves or even other dark areas. We currently have no way of getting rid of hostile mobs in caves without wasting torches or fighting them head-on. A way to balance this is for the Glare to have low health
