can you add every color stairs in Minecraft java which already exist

I am only suggesting that can you add colorful stairs in Minecraft by using colorful Concrete that is already exist by using stonecutter to cut concrete into stairs.

I know that it is mixture of sand and gravel which are gravity-affected block but sandstone can be made into stairs even it is sand .so concrete can be made into stairs .
