Soul Binding enchantement

Enchantement that would use a new item called soul scrap, which you get by killing a player or yourself, soul scrap is unique to every player and it would be named in this format “<player>’s Soul Scrap”. The enchantement book has to be combined with a soul scrap in anvil to work with. You have to use a specific player’s soul scrap then enchant that book to whatever item you want.

enchantment will only let specific players use that item, if any other player tries to use it, that item will damage them 2 hearts per second.

alternatively, other players will not be able to pick up that item.

This would be great since it can be used for pranks, combat, SMPs, and there could be some red stone applications such as keycards which only work for specific players.
