shulker helmet that remove the levitation effect!

This new item will allow the player to remove the levitation effect (given by the shulker) when he has the shulker helmet on. To craft the shulker helmet the player will need 5 shulker shell and will need to place them just like the normal helmet recipe on a crafting table. This item will have the ability to be enchanted on an anvil. Ex: protection 4, unbreaking 3, mending. The shulker helmet will have low durability so that it dosen't make end raiding to easy.
