Zombie Horse In Survival

They could rarely spawn from a dungeon or be spawned when a zombie attacks a horse. When killed they could drop rotten flesh and/or leather. They shouldn't be hostile mobs and should be able to be bred, cured, and rode on. They should also be able to use armor.
