Give everyone access to the editions button and legacy console edition

The Editions button is a button that exists on minecraft bedrock for consoles. it is currently available to those who have owned the older console editions before they were discontinued.

My proposal is to do something similar to Java and Bedrock being together and having access to both on PC.  If you have Minecraft Bedrock Edition on consoles you should be given access to the legacy console edition. for example if you have Minecraft Bedrock on Xbox One you should be given access to Xbox One Edition.

Everyone that owns Bedrock Edition on consoles should be given access to the legacy console edition
