Caves and caverns

A update that adds more cave biomes like the over grown dripstone caves a lush cave type with dripstone and magma caves with basalt pillers
replaced spiders with cave spiders in magma cave
magma caves have extra diamonds
added sandstone caves a version of the normal caves with lumps of sandstone and a red sandstone version and icy caves caves full of the snow types and ices and biologht caves that have froglights in the walls and mud caves is a mud version of the sandstone caves and shroom caves with huge mushroom fungus
added cave wastes the old cave design
cave layer starts at y 50
it is split into two layers y 50 to y 1 and y 0 to y -64
biomes can also be in the cliffs as well as the fixed layers
the deep ocean biomes have a layer of 30 to allow them to work right

this is to finish off cave and cliffs as the caves are still kinda bland
