Add Tutorial world back (All editions)

I want the tutorial worlds added back. They were so fun and removed for no reason? 
if they are back i hope that you can access them all like TU11 and all the old ones as well.  On all devices consoles pcs and laptop including pocket edition. I want this feature back in the game to help new players and so veteran players can explore and see the past times of fun.
