uncensoring chat option

add an option to turn off censored chat for those that are okay with cursing/swearing/profanity instead of when you can't moderate chat, always censor it (i'm sorry if this feature is already in and i'm just not seeing but if it isn't please add it) thats all bye

It is naturally uncensored, just that someone would have to report you to try getting you in trouble. There's mods for disabling the ability to report, however.
