Cobwebs functioning like glow lichen

A cobweb that is placeable and spreads like glow lichen or vines, being placeable on the sides of a block like a sculk vein.

This could be obtained by crafting it from cobweb blocks or perhaps spreads to adjacent blocks when a spider passes through a cobweb, similar to how sculk veins spread when a mob dies near a sculk catalyst.

It would be mostly a cosmetic non solid block for the benefit of decoration, however, perhaps it could also function like a honey block when sliding down the side of a block with it on, potentially even giving the player a short slowness effect.
