Add the ability to 'cover' signs with carpet.

One of the things i love the most about signs is that they can be used to decorate in so many ways outside of just messages. I love using them to make other blocks look like something they are not. Put them on the sides of dirt, you got a planter, put them on the sides of steps, you got a chair or a couch, put them on the sides of a wooden block and you got a crate.

Apart from the fact that being able to cover them with carpet would mean that players could do 'reveals' on to their friends on servers, (by shift right clicking the covered sign to remove the carpet, switching the sign texture from the carpet/wools to the correct wooden block/signs original texture) this would also expand their uses in decoration.

The seats we make with them would no longer have to just have wooden sides, but could have any color of wool for their sides. chair rails along walls could come in new colors. so this one thing miner change would expand a lot of possibilities for decorating.
