Tools/weapons that you cant craft/only find in dungeons or other structures

Maybe there could be different tools/weapons with brand new skills that can only be found and not crafted e.g. smoldering battle axe, found in bastions and nether fortresses, skill: repaired with magma blocks and has a permanent fire aspect II. 
This feature could make players explore and have more fun instead of staying in only one place, this would also greatly benefit combat and PVP because one of these weapons may have an attack that other tools don’t e.g. the smoldering battle axe could have a ground slam attack that could shake everything in the radius of the attack or it could throw magma dust in the floor and whoever touches that dust may have the same effect as walking on magma blocks. The possibilities are endless and it could add versatility to the game’s loot and the tool don’t need to be OP they could just help out in the daily Minecraft experience.
