new skeleton for dripstone caves

they would spawn as a duo, one has a stone sword and the other has a bow. the one with a sword would attack the player while the other would shoot dripstone from the celling to fall on to the player

    Dripstone does not start falling when hit by an arrow. First you need to fix it.
