Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Arcane Gold

you have to use lapis and raw gold to craft arcane gold, then you maybe have to use an enchanted book specifically to smelt it. After you smelt it arcane gold can be crafted into tools and armor possibly other things. Tools are slightly slower than gold, but enchantments have increased potency, unbreaking would also be better, and protection, would also allow fortune and looting, but maybe as a drawback, arcane gold tools and armor cannot get mending.
