the ''portal'' structure we see in the deep dark now becomes ignitable in this update as a new item is added. ''Soul Flint and steel''. This item now sets things on fire but instead of the iconic orange flame, it is now blue. The regular flint and steel no longer works in the nether.
When you come to this dimension you are greeted by a bridge which leads you to explore new biomes and etc,
Eventually, you will find the Sculk castle (the largest naturally generated one in Minecraft at the point of this update) where you have to eliminate or sneak past sculk guards (these new enemies are mobs that attack you if you enter the castle.
When you enter the throne room you encounter the final boss. ''The Sculk King''. He is 5 blocks tall and wields a mace. I will let others deal with how much health it has and how much damage it does. This boss is recommended to be fought with a team.
Once the boss is killed all the guards in the castle now bow and serve you like as how a wolf does and he drops a sculk crown and mace. (his mace is the most powerful weapon in survival minecraft) His crown makes all sculk mobs passive to you and defend you when attacked if in the deep dark (overworld) or deep dark dimension.
